It's great to be back!
To ensure we stay fit and healthy together, we have introduced some new procedures and safety measures, that go above and beyond the Government guidelines, creating a safe and clean environment for your return. We're in this together and require your support and commitment when using the facilities.

Quick guide to what you need to know:

Opening Times:
Monday - Friday 6am - 9pm
Sunday & Saturday 8am - 3pm

General Information:
* ALL visits to the facility will need to be booked in advance.
* Gym and class capacities have been significantly reduced to permit safe social distancing.
* Gym and class bookings can be made up to 6 days in advance. You will need your ClubAZ card number and your password to book activities online.Please CLICK HERE to book or call reception on 01625 512929 if you require your pin code or further assistance.
* Booking cancellations - please provide as much notice as possible so we can fill your slot.
* Please ensure that your contact details are up to date on our membership system for NHS track and trace purposes.

Arriving at the facility:
* Parking - please park on the multi-storey car park next to Hulley's. DO NOT park on the pavement outside of the facility>
* Compulsory use of hand anti-bacterial in the entrance foyer on arrival.
* All facility users MUST report to Hulley's reception on arrival for temperature screening.
* Queuing is controlled with safe social distancing markings outside the facility. To minimise queues please do not turn up more than five minutes before your booking.

Cleaning & Hygiene
Members are required to wipe down kit BEFORE AND AFTER use with anti-bacterial spray.
* Additional touch point cleaners will be in operation throughout the day with a 15 minute focused  cleaning shut down every hour.
* Towels and sweat towels are not to be taken onto the gym floor or into the studio. Disposable paper towel is available for use.

The gym may look a little different from your last visit as we've removed some equipment from the gym floor and spaced out some of the machines to facilitate safe social distancing.
* Gym bookings are limited to 1 hour 40 minutes per session, with a facility shutdown for cleaning thereafter before the next session.

The aerobics studio layout has changed with designated areas for working out clearly marked on the floor and spin bikes spaced out between workout stations. Spin will take place in both studios at various times of the day allowing for safe social distancing during classes.
* Class booking are quarter past the hour to stagger arrival with gym users,
* 30-minute ClubAZ instructor-led or virtual classes will be available, there will be no external instructor led classes during the initial reopening phase.
* Classes will be designed with minimal kit use with no sharing of equipment or exercise space. Sessions will be 'on the spot' rather then circuit style.

Changing Rooms
* Facility users are encouraged to turn up changed and ready to exercise.
* The internal changing rooms and a limited number of showers are open allowing up to four people access to change and lockers at any one time.

Please note that the Astroturf and therapy rooms remain closed during the initial reopening phase. Will will update you as soon as we know more.

All membership subscriptions were frozen whilst we were closed and although we have reopened, we won't be restarting your subscriptions until 1st October - so all usage during September is FREE*! Enjoy and thank you for your continued patience and support!

People showing any signs or symptoms of Covid-19 (temperature, new continuous cough, loss or change of sense of taste or smell) should not attend the facility and follow the current Government regulations regarding self isolation.
