Morning has broken at Hulley’s…..

With the cold, dark mornings drawing in why not set the alarm across the other side of the bedroom to make sure you leap into action with one of our early morning classes!

Here are 5 great reasons to workout first thing in the morning:
1.If you accomplish nothing else for the rest of the day, you’ll still feel like you’ve achieved something.  It also gives you bragging rights in the office!
2.When you make exercise a regular part of your morning routine you'll be less likely to skip it for other obligations. Also, you'll have nothing to ‘dread’ for the rest of the day! 
3.You'll feel less stressed when you get to work.  People who exercise regularly report feeling more empowered and generally better about their work-life balance. 
4.You'll start your day in a good mood.  Even if you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, a morning workout will boost your endorphins for extra smiles the rest of the day.
5.You'll give your metabolism a big boost.  Certain research has shown that you can burn more calories throughout the day when you do a morning workout than you would if you did an evening workout at a similar intensity.  

Monday 7am – 7.45am - Triple X
15 mins cardio, 15 mins tone, 15 mins core.  A class full of variety each week that will target all fitness components.

Tuesday 7am – 7.45am - ClubSpin
Virtual cycling class using our unique Spivi system and free downloadable app incorporating intervals, hills and challenges along the way.     

Wednesday 6.30am – 7am - Express Spin
Super-early, 30 min blast on the bikes to get you going for the day ahead!

Wednesday 7am – 7.45am - HIIT Tone
High Intensity Interval Training with a focus on all over body toning.

Thursday 7am – 7.45am - ClubRig
Functional circuit training session using the rig and equipment on the gym floor.

Thursday 7am – 8am - Clinical Pilates
Facilitates improvement and maintenance of spinal health, posture, core and flexibility. Compliments sports & fitness activities as well as everyday function.

Friday 7am – 7.45am - SpinIIT
20 min spin class combined with a 20 min High Intensity Interval Training circuit session.
